nope offsets are different. CLK is 35mm (I think I am sure not 44)

You can always try playing with spacers. Brabus wheels are all 45 offset, but they fix the issue for all models with spacers. Might want to give that a try.

The correct offset for the 2002 CLK55 is front 37mm / rear 30mm.

Yup your are right I checked and the offset is +44 mm wont work. Too bad I can get them CHEAP!!!
