Goodbye CLK55, welcome E55K.

Well, I traded my 2001 CLK55 to the dealer for a 2006 E55 today, and my new ride will be here in 2 weeks. It is at VPC for MHI and voice recognition installation and it should be at my dealer late next week. I had fun with the CLK for many years but with 2 babies it is just a little tough to load and unload them. Good luck to you all CLKers.

I use Britax Roundabout for all the cars. I am searching Ebay for 1 more seat so I can have 2 child seats in every E55. Thanks guy and once my children gets older I am back to coupe again.

CONGRATS! You won't be disappointed with the E55! I have the joy of switching off to the E55 once in awhile. That car is just insanely fast, especially the modded versions. Driving the CLK just doesn't seem as fun anymore

after getting a taste of the "BEAST!"

Did your dealership actually give you a fair trade for your CLK? Why didn't you sell it privately?

I live in a rural area in western NY and trying to sell it myself maybe difficult. The dealer gave me $24500 for my 2001 CLK55, 34500 miles.
