CALIBRE - Installed in my CLK55 Vert.

Just had the new Calibre installed in my car by MB of Sarasota. Did a very nice job. Display lights installed flush around instrument cluster bezel. Front radar/laser in behind the front black mesh grill - grill notched to allow laser clear line of sight - in the rear the radar is behind bumper and laser is below bumper looking straight back. Very very nice.

Will try and get some pics soon. My digital camera is dead.

Painful - but since I do not know of any decent stereo/electronics places locally - and I was not up for having a high-schooler rip apart my new car at SoundAdvice - this seemed to be about the only option.

At my shop i install them and im coming down to stay at my parents house down on lido i coulda hooked you up for like 2g's completely installed.

It was not THAT bad I agree - a bit more than a V-1, but the set up is great - the install looks to be perfect - so yeah - not that bad - plus it is totally stealth!

My only complaint - is that it would be nice to have a small light to show the system is up an running - per K40 there is no way to do that - oh well

What shop are you are in Beantown? I used to work at Foreign Motors West in Natick when I was in school - use to run car for them.

its a new shop off of rt 9 in framingham, ma i am the co-owner with my father(he has another business of his own) its called Luxury Details www.luxurydetails.net We are an authorized dealer too. so i coulda saved you a few bux and you would still get a complete warranty but its too late now oh well.

I take my car for service at FMW. They do a good job replaced my catalytic converters under warranty thank god.

Oh well - looks life you gave a great shop - not too many people up there doing decent detailing - at least not when I was there - grew up in MA - enjoy Lido - always some good stuff to see down at the beach...
