For the past 3 weeks my radio volume won't turn up. It stays at an extremely quiet level and won't go any higher but it can go lower. It works perfectly fine except for this one issue. I took my car to the shop that did my aftermarket subwoofer and amplifier and they said it is a problem with my stock radio unit. I then took my car to Mercedes and they couldn't find the problem either. They even replaced the amplifier but got the same results. Mercedes said it is a problem with my aftermarket system. Now I have to go back to the shop and let them play around with the car until they find the problem (theres a good chance they won't find it).
Can somebody please help me with this? Thanks!
