Here is a new shift knob (W208) I got from formymercedes dot com. You can get it with different nameplates, AMG, LORINSER, CARLSSON, and MERCEDES. It also comes without the leather. It's an awesome looking KNOB, plus they are hard to find. You can just contact him through his website.

hmmm, any pics of it inside the car? Looks good, but not sure if I'd want to change it.

I have this one also and love it. Mine has the leather on the outside where the fingers grip. Very nice product.
