Please HELP with wiring

On the passernger side next to the manifold you will find a little pump. Open the hood and look down next to the plug wire.

This pump circulates water into the heater core. My two wires came off. Can someone PLEASE go look at their CLK55, CLK430, CLK320 99-02 and tell me what wire is on the bottom.

The pump outlet faces the car firewall.

You will see two wires that feed the pump. If I get them backwards the pump flows backwards!!!

One wire is Red with Yellow strip. The other wire is Brown with Green strip.

They will be easily to see if you open the hood and look with a flashlight just to the left of the engine!!

Thanks.

Again the connector to the pump is at the back of the pump. Easy to see.

Greg

The inlet comes from the firewall (the pump is on the return side) and the outlet points up and then the hose goes to the front of the engine. The red/yellow striped wire is on top and the brown/green strioped wire is on the lower connection which is front 9 o'clock when the pump is oriented as earlier described and viewed from the front of the vehicle.
