I am aware that the digital section of the guage cluster is able to read in both miles and kms but when set to kms does the analog speedometer adjust to measure in kms/hr or does it stay at mph? ...looking at importing one which is why i am asking.

Unless the numbers on the "analog clock" changes, it is not possible now is it

If you're importing one (this info is for the W208 CLK55), your speedometer will only read KPH. On U.S.-spec gauges, both MPH and KPH are printed in the dial.
