ordered CLK55

just ordered clk55, Number 3 on list scheduled for Jan2003 build. Bought at BevHills LTD. Will I get this car by February? It was a tough choice between Porsche C4S and Clk55.

You made the right choice!
The CLK55 is a much nicer car, more versatile and allot less money.
The C4S is a pig. Think about it? The same 3.6LT motor as the 996 Carrera, but weighs 400lbs more. With the added four wheels drive system and the added wide body. You get a car that may handle better than the base Carrera but with nearly 400lbs more weight and no more power. The performance numbers are lower all around.
I sold my 2001 996 Twin Turbo (Tip) and bought my 2002 CLK55 AMG.
The 996TT is a toy and not practical for everyday driving. I for one think you made the right choice.

It will depend greatly on the numbers of cars they are allocated. We currently have two cars that are to be built this month that might hit the US, by late Feb. to early March. then we do get our next car built until December. So, as you can see if you were 3rd on our list you would not get your car by Feb., but BHills LTD will have a few more allocation slots than us!! GOOD LUCK
