Question Tire/fender rolling question

So I'm thinking about putting my 18" SL55 wheels back on, but I sold my 265 ps2 tires along with my set of Brabus IV wheels. I happen to have a set of 285/30 Michelin Pilot SX tires and was wondering if anyone has run 285s on a 208 or if anyone has rolled their fenders. I'm slightly worried about rolling since I suspect that their might be a lil bondo around my rear fenders and I assume the paint may flake off. I did a rudimentary check with a fridge magnet to see what I'm working with and it doesn't seem like it's around the fenders. My car is lowered with Brabus springs (thanks Ghostrider, looks great ) and the rears are 33 offset. To remove this ad, register today or login if you already are registered!

Not sure 285 will fit without additional modifications....but your CLK55 should have some from the factory with the fenders rolled.

I am running 275 rear 245 front on 18" Monoblocks. Lowered on factory Euro AMG springs. They will rub on big dips and large bumps. You will have trouble with 285's with out major modifications!!!
