Question-CLK55 Tire Pressure

I searched the archives and can't find a recommended tire pressure for an 04/05 CLK55. My tires are the new ZR-rated Goodyear Eagle F1 all season and I'm running them at the Merc recommended pressure of 30 front and 33 rear. However, I don't think I'm getting the best use and performace out of these tires at those pressures. What is everyone running? Those pressures sound very low to me - my 2003 (209) clk55 amg runs 42 all round when 2 up or 46 rear and 42 front when 4 up.

My manual and the gas tank placard both say 30/33 below 100 mph and 35/38 above 100 mph. Now I know none of us ever speed or exceed 100 mph so there is no need for that pressure setting - right? Hmmm, could I be wrong? So to be sure I called Tire Rack and they said to follow the manufactures recommended tire pressure settings. They also said +2 psi would be okay so I increased to 33/35 which seems to feel a lot better.

I agree. I'm at 34 front and 36 rear. Been running that set-up for 65,000 miles
