tvtdesign parts on v8
has any 1 seen or know some 1 who has put a Modified Thermostat from them
also does anyone think it would work and or b safe 4 the cars

TVT_DESIGN’s thermostat modification consists of drilling holes in it. Not too challenging to do on your own. Its flaw is that because it’s essentially creating a controlled leak, warm-up times are inordinately increased.
TVT thermostat: photo credit MikeR The thermostat’s opening/closing temperatures are controlled by its internal wax pellet. Another member, PTE, offers correctly modified OE parts that, while opening at a lower temperature than the 87* C of the original unit, function as intended to minimize warm-up time.
