Does header make big difference? I mean noticeable difference?

I was surprised to feel a noticeable difference after installing Kleemann headers on my E430. I really didn't expect to feel anything. I also swapped out my stock cats for Metal'cat brand cats so I don't know how much of the gain was from the headers and how much was from the cats.

That current pricing is quite a deal.

Maybe not so much in the "butt-dyno" but in real life the car will performe alot better and faster!! Specially with a new ECU tune after the headers.

GMP matthew, why wont kleeman create headers with CATS connected in their downpipes like ya have in the c63 heades. thats the only reason stopping me from getting them, the removal of the primaries and o2 sensors

They will make a difference, but not that much if installed them without the software, u don't feel anything really, but after the software update and removal of cats big bump... tell you the truth the sound alone is worth this price, also be sure to change engine mounts cause old ones sag and the headers wont clear. installing them was a real PITA...

You can order them with Cats welded in from Kleemann. I believe its a another 300-400 dollars more.

I show headers and a kompressor available $1195 for the headers and depending if you have a 113 or 112 motor the price is $7495 or $7995

Where on the headers would they weld the cats. The W208 CLK's and the C43 use the same headers and If this can be done I'd like to see. PS I already have their headers on my car.

I have them on my car. They are stamped W208/W202.They are easier to install if you loosen the motor mounts and raise the motor a tad.

What do you have, a C43/5.0 or did you do a 5.0L swap on a CLK430?

If I'm not mistaken they should be welded in the downpipes.
