Should 05 CLK55 Cab have quad pipes?

I am looking at a used one and it has only the 2 pipes at rear left, yet I have seen a coupe with 4 pipes. What gives?

Thanks.

the cab only has 2 standard....don't know why maybe it has to do with the cab top and spare tire....no space to put another muffler

I think only on the coupe model. But you can do the quad like mine. Go to my pics galleries.

I believe they only have 2 pipes... check Edmunds.com and look at the stock photos for that year....
It's possible the one you saw was modded....

It just a quad "style". It only cost me About $375 !! $75 for used AMG tips, $50 for tip employee and $250 for pipes and labors. To do the factory quad exhaust, it would cost you at least $5K.

Used tips for$75! That's a steal! I can't find quad tips for less than $300.
