any thoughts on putting an x pipe

i was thinking about buying the magnaflow x pipe mod. trying to make my car sound a little bit more...FURIOUS;] what do you think.

I'm not sure how the exhaust system is set up on your CLK500 but I know on the stock C55 it's not a true dual and thus requires a Y-pipe. Have you considered just getting your stock resonator removed and replaced with a straight through pipe? This will improve the sound..
