Koni vs Bilstein

Any recent opinions on which handles better? The Koni's are sold at a significantly higher price. I know they're adjustable, but it looks a little painful. Anyone w/ experience wanna chime in? Thx! To remove this ad, register today or login if you already are registered!

well, i just bought bilstein sports. had them on my old 430 and they handled nicely. found a great deal and pulled the trigger! i want a very firm suspension and these look like the way to go.

okay you should by the Carlsson RS suspension. (pss9 bilstein with progressive springs) its fully adjustable and makes you car handle a lot better. Its the most used aftermarket suspension here in germany for the Clk and c-klasse

I've used Bilsteins over 30+ years in many different cars and found their performance, customer service and ride exemplary no matter what the application.

I've had some experience with Koni where Bilstein did not have a fitment. This was some years a go and it was not a "plug and play " situation. You had to let the Konis break in for 500 miles before adjusting them to a firmer ride. I just left them alone.
