widest possible wheels at 19"

i love that wide wheel, offset flushed out look.. looks so badass and mean!!

question for you vets out there... what are the widest rear tires for 19s i can fit on my 03 55 ? i know 11"s are a dream, but what about 10"s? can it be done without much modification done to the fenders?

I'm no vet, but I'm pretty sure you can fit a 9.5". If you haven't lowered your suspension, you can go a lot wider. I like that look a lot also. I hope it works out. Update the thread when you decide on some wheels.

Pat is right, 9.5 is probably the widest you can go with these cars.

If you are interested, I am selling a nice Black set of 19" HRE 542R's with a pretty decent size lip in the rear. They are FS in the classifieds section.

Just let me know!

Thanks,

Jon

Stock widths are 7.5F and 8.5R.

You can go up to 10" with the correct offset. My rears are 19x10 ET33 and I added 12mm spacers to bring down the offset to 21.

No fender rolling. No rubbing with 2 people but haven't tried having 4 people in the car.

I actually like those Monarch 63 and IMO they are one of the best wheels for W209.

It's just that I want to try a new look.

Yes, I do but don't want to hijack OP's thread.

If you're interested, I'm actually putting them up for sale. Send me a PM

I went with a 19x9.5" set-up in the rear, with 16mm spacers for perfect fitment.
