hey sorry for keeping u guys waiting
the video uploaded to facebook just fine and the quality is great specially on HD but it wont upload to youtube so i had to go through the trouble of downloading the video from facebook using real player and then uploading it on youtube
the picture quality of the video is bad on youtube but the sound clip is clear enough

I'll figure a way out to post a better clip, and would also make another video of the car moving
thanks for being patient with me guys hope you like it

wow what a beast!
how much did you pick up that exhaust for?
I've been looking into the kleemann headers but dang, they cost quite a bit..
how's the difference in power?

Now that sounds great. Let's hear it driving away from the camera... What exactly did you have done to it?
Thanks for posting that!

Look up Hami Awwami on FB just write a note saying your from the forum so you don't creep me out.

Well the video format was not enabled by youtube. So I gave FB a shot and it worked. I simply downloaded the video from FB on a format the youtube could use and uploaded it again. I know stupid but it worked.

I got the headers back in December when they had them for 50% off from Cory at Kleemann in Colorado.

I also ordered the exhaust through this guy in Cali. The only reason I chose him was he gives a year warranty and free shipping compared to everyone else where I would pay for shipping but the prices were almost the same everywhere, 2k+.

I waited until February and never got the exhaust. There was a delay in shipment from Germany and by that time I blew my engine and it took until April for me to get my car running again after ordering a new engine.

I am glad that I did not install anything on the car before it died on me and my warranty covered me so I cut a deal with my dealership. they would install my exhaust which never got in until late April and install the headers that were sitting in my place aimlessly for no extra cost since I was getting a new engine put in and the great thing is my car has no cats and sounds so mean and I still pass inspection.

I'll try to post a driving video by this weekend thanks guys

It is a mystery yet to be solved. I was driving on the highway. I heard a pop and I saw smoke in my rear view. I thought it was a flat but all my cluster lights were flashing on. I lost control of the steering. I was hoping it was just something simple. When I got to pull it over I had this huge trail of oil behind the car. It kept on leaking like crazy until it was drained. I got it towed to the nearest dealer which was in Maryland.Since I got the car I only service it in my local dealer so I have never had to deal with any other dealership and I got used to the way of service where I usually take my car ( I basically made friends with the head of service so I got the special treatment :P) when I had to deal with these other guys they were very unhelpful. All they cared about was me paying the bill. I called my local dealer and they offered to help me out they even had my car towed from Maryland over to Pennsylvania for me. They talked to the warranty people for me and got me a new AMG engine while the guys in Maryland just wanted to get me a regular 550 engine thinking it was the same thing having me pay for the whole thing!!

Do you guys know how much a new engine costs?? They were asking for an initial 34k just for parts for a non-AMG engine!!

I also included a picture of my car parked in the lot without an engine in it and what I managed to capture of the hole under the engine. My engine had a whole in the bottom part of it as big as my head. they recovered an exploded piston from inside. There was also part of a connecting rod hanging out from that hole.
BTW if any of you was wondering my engine was running 74k at the time I blew it.

Yea I had an extended warranty with this company called C.A.R.S (Car Automotive Repair Services). It sounded appealing 2 years unlimited warranty over the engine and transmission
I just had to pay the labor difference where they pay 60 dollars per hour compared to the dealers charge of 95 dollars an hour.
But all is good

They made a lot of difference. I drove the car for about 2 weeks with just the headers on and I was having second thoughts of even putting on the exhaust. It sounded more aggressive and I was afraid it would just be too loud if I added the exhaust but I really love the end result.

Andy
No, Eisenmann also makes quad exhausts. They also can customize the tips for you in which ever shape you want them to be. The guy asked me if I wanted the DTM style tips but I prefer the style I have because I did not really want to change the original shape of the AMG tips I had.

here is a picture of the car from under after the exhaust its the only clear picture I have at the moment. As you can see Eisenmann is only a muffler back not a full exhaust.
