It looks like there is some video running, could be DVD, or TV.
Did you notice the car was in Park. It would be cool to view DVD or TV on the Command Screen, also a rear view camera would be nice, like in the new Lexus SUV. Tim

hmm either a tv antenna or some video source was connected into the auxilary input or thats a photoshopped image
