How can I install Command on my 01 CLK55

I would like to install command navigation on my 2001 CLK55. I was wondering if anybody has done this before. What is the version of command that I need (is it 2.0)? What other parts do I need? Do I need to get the CD changer and if so, what is the part #? Who can I get to install it if I can find all the parts I need? Do I have to speak to Mercedes to activate it etc.

Any advice on buying and installation would be greatly appreciated.

Have a look in the upper right corner of the screen...there is a search button - click on that button and do a search on COMAND (please note to use only one M instead of tw Ms) and read what has been written about it in the past...If I remember correctly - there are a few members here on the board who have been retrofitting comands succesfully...
