mb lowers cars without getting new springs or shocks?

some dude the other day told me that if i give back my car to the dealership they should lower it for free using some machine , is this true? so i dont need to get coilovers?

umm, i never heard about that one. Well at least not for free too. I could only think of them replacing sprng pads which might lower your car a bit, but still that will cost money. Who did you hear this from?

Come to us for the truth

It's gonna cost you a few bucks, even just changing spring pads. Springs (euro-spec or others) will add to the bill as will new dampers if you desire.

oops i found out this procedure only works on the cars with hydrolific whatever it is mechanism suspension, grrrrrrrrrr!
