You can go as low as 20, but remember to pump it back to normal afterwards!!

Chappy you can set your tire pressure where ever you want, it is not going to help you. Prepare to eat my dust
  : :I have seen people suggest setting pressure to 22-25lbs. Remember to keep an eye on the pressure as heat is generated tire pressure is going to go up. |
