Only coupes have the quad exhaust. The cabs still have dual exhaust

Its got a K744 paint code? Shouldn't nano paint have C for a prefix?

But the interior of the vehicle is definitely an '05 model, the rim size could be a typo

I reported on different paint codes for CLK 55 cabs before, don't know what to make of it either.
