Black on Black CLS with Blitz

This is my first forum post, but here is my lowered 06 CLS500 with 20" Gianna Blitz (Black). I'm going to black out the grille next except for the MB star so I will have a floating emblem. I'm also going to paint the insides of the headlights black, I have seen a couple here on MBworld and it looks great. Finally I'm researching body kits, I'm thinking AMG or Kleeman. BTW if anyone has one for sale, let me know.

The floating star grill looks great on black, I did it to mine. I have been wanting to paint the headlight casings as well, I'm just unsure how it will look on a black car. Put some pictures up once you paint the headlights. There is a guy here from 180 motorsportss that has experience painting the inside of cls headlights. I will post his name in a lil while, it starts with a v or something.

I will post the pics once it's done, I was a little hesitant as well about doing the headlights with the grill because it might be too much black (Kudos on your floating star!), but when I saw the owner of DC Shoes all black Brabus Rocket, i knew i wanted it. I think when you black out the whole car, i think they call it "murdering it out" I don't know about that, but I think it will look awesome.

ahhhhh......I see, I guess I'm getting less hip these days not knowing this stuff and being out of the country all the time. If done right, I bet looks it wicked like the DC Brabus.

Here are some pics of it.

Looks good, but i think the rims dont match now that it is wrapped. Are your headlights painted on the inside?

Were you, actually a female driving the car in Gilroy/South San Jose a week or so ago?

I saw a matte black CLS getting on the freeway heading to San Jose and thought it odd because you just don't see that everyday.

I don't know,.. actually I had to Google Ken Block. Does Ken live in the South San Jose/Gilroy Area?

I didn't get a chance to see the rear end of the car very well so who knows.

Ken Block a very famous drifter (Check out his youtube videos). He has a CLS that has that flat black color appeared in a few car shows.
