09 CLS550 lease quote.need advice

i got a quote from a local dealer here in southern ca for CLS550.
msrp 80265.the car has sport pkg,premium pkg.
24 month lease.$1015 + tax=1098 a month.10k miles/yr
3000 total drive off which covers bank fee,dmv fee and 1st payment of 1098 including tax.
is this a good deal guys?

wait about 7 months and u can take over my lease for way less than that!

Have you considered a CPO or used? Might be worth a look unless you must have an 09.

i want the 09 just because of the new command and the styling update.
but i just wana know that if waiting a bit more will save me some money or its a good deal alredy?

Personally, I would wait or negotiate some more. This is a buyers market, and I think you could do better.

I understand wanting the new COMAND, it is nice.

Hard to say if this is a good deal without knowing the money factor and residual value.

The money factor is the interest rate you are paying. Take the mf x 2400 to get the interest rate. Example: a mf of .0035 = 8.4 percent interest. You need to decide what an acceptable rate is for you. Me, 8.4 is too much.

The residual value determines how much depreciation you are paying on your lease, obviously the higher the better.

Check the monthly rates and residuals posted by lease compare to see what MB is offering and how to calc your payment knowing the msrp, mf, residual and term.

the residual is 67% and MF is .00198 as per lease compare.and its 2300 below invoice.

That sounds like pretty good terms - 4.75% interest is a hair lower than prime and you are getting it for a lot less than msrp.
