Benz just changed the rules and if your car is still under the new car warranty you can extend through Benz. I just took my CLK 500 ti 6 years 75K for $2,700

I bought an aftermarket warantee just before the 4 years were up on a 2003 CLK. Needed a transmission and radiator, they would only provide a used or rebuilt transmission OR a $2,200 credit. Bottom line they paid $4,200 and I paid $2,700 to get the car fixed.
Good service by them I feel

Good service if at the time of the purchase you knew they would only provide you with a used or rebuilt transmission, but its better than having nothing i guess. How much did you pay for this warrenty?
