Preferred method of lowering?

I've seen a lot of people doing links and some doing it through star. Can someone explain the pros and cons of going either method and why some prefer one over the other? Thanks in advance.

I got mine lowered at the dealership with STAR and it looks great. Only cost me 85 bucks too. Plus, it doesn't void the warranty.

Anyone know anyone in the Fort Lauderdale area that might work at a MB dealership that could lower my car with STAR?

I would just go dealer to dealer and ask. If they say it will take longer than an hour and cost more than 85 bucks they are hosing you. In reality it only takes about 10 minutes. It helps if you have a cool SA. I miss mine back in IL he really hooked me up a lot. I haven't been to the one in Austin yet so I guess we will see how he is.

He lowered mine enough so that it would be safe to drive because the car automatically lowers itself on the highway. It closed up the gap really nice. It's not slammed but it's not jacked up either. I'm happy with it.
