Do I need two K & N Air fiilters?

I have a 07 CLS 63 and want to use the K & N filter, on some web sites it indicates two filters. Is this true? I am @ work and car is at home.
Thanks for the help.

I was told by the MB dealer that K&N airfilters can cause issues with our cars because of the oil that is on them. Not sure if that's true but I stayed away from them.

Old wives tale.

The factory oiled filter element do not pose a problem to the mass air flow sensors (stretched wires in the throttle body).

If you manual oil it after cleaning, must wait at least 24hrs for the oil to asorb fully into the paper element or else the excess may damage the throttle body wire sensors. (See K&N instructions)
