problem with headlight, please advise

Very strange today... Started my car at night, pulling out and realized that my left headlight is purple color and not white ?????

so i got out and see a major difference between my right side and left side... it just happens out of no where.... so i turn the light off, and waited.... turn the lights on, normal at first, than lleft headlight quickly turns purple again.... do anyone know what cause this awkward color change out of a sudden???

please advise...

I don't know too much about it, but it could be the ballast. I would bring it to your local MB dealer and have them check it out.

Just pick up my car... they said the light bulb burned out.... and I had to pay a replacement cost of $190 for a bulb since is not cover by warranty... yucks !!! haha..

Was it $30 for the bulb and $160 for labor?

well you know everything with a 55 and AMG behind it, pricing goes way up... haha..
