Wood steering wheel for CLS55
Anyone know where I can obtain a wood steering wheel for my new car. Needs paddle shift ability of course. Burl walnut finish.
Any help greatly appreciated. Cheers |

Did you try asking at a dealer if they can order you one? It's an OEM part for the CLS55, I thought. They don't come with paddles though, but you can order the CLS63 paddles through your dealer (about $100 if I recall), and have a shop install them. You can install them yourself, but it requires some cutting of the steering wheel plastic to make it fit in place of the buttons.
Car nutz installed the paddles on my cls55's wood steering wheel for a good price, I know they've also ordered steering wheels (OEM and special made) for their other CLS55 customers, so I'd suggest giving them a call if the dealer can't supply you with what you want. Talk to Jim or Joel at (425) 641-7000. |
