1 Fin Grille

A few weeks ago i sawapost of a white cls with this grille.
I have installed it and posted a couple of pictures.
Ithink it looks great.

It's different... but for some reason I'm not feeling it. :/

My fav. is the 2 fins.

I like the single better but for the silver car the black background does it no justice the Crome on Silver stands out better, but thats just me. here are some pic of mine with Single Fin Crome on Silver posted in a previous Thread.

A CF Lip will look beautiful. Take a look at ACG Silver CLS that they worked on. I think the member name is something like "Rafinacial". I'm still waiting for my CF for my white car.

the one fin grill looks good. It does not look like a aftermarket mod.

The starless grill IMHO looks like a set of window blinds that are slightly open.

It actually makes the front of the car look like an Americian Cop Car. I like your idea of the blinds though

OEM only through the dealers. I researched the 2 fins grille for months. There are no aftermarket one for it yet. The 2 fins grille will only fit on the 2009+. The bottom groove are different, but the top are the same. I had the 2 fins but sold it already.

Really?!? You just crushed my dream...

How exactly does it not fit? Does that mean the 09's have different bumpers? I find this hard to believe...

Sorry X-Vert to crush your dream. See attached is a picture of my car when I had it. The 09 bumper is the same but the bottom insert is totally different, I even brought it to the dealer and they let me looked under the hood at one of the 09 CLS.

The top fit perfectly...don't know why the hell they made the bottom different. The guy that sales the aftermarket 3 fins and 1 fin grille on Ebay said that they probably will not have it. I waited for a year now. You can probably modify the bottom groove if you really wanted it to fit. The grille itself does not have the 3 squares prolong that snaps, it is more like a straight clip. I no longer have the grille to take picture to show you...sold it to one of the member here.

I want that grille so bad, simply because I want the chrome pieces wrapped in CF.
