Cleaning the ceiling fabric

Long story short:

I have an '05 C230k SS.

My friend threw up in my car and, the way the events transpired, some ended up hitting my ceiling (passenger side). What's the best way to clean this without ruining the fabric?

Use some autoglym interior cleaner/shampoo. You can spray the product on a mf towel and really soak the towel. Then gently dab the area effected and begin breaking down the enzymes embedded in the fabric liner. After a few dabs you should see the area clean, then on a clean side of the towel, spray the product again, wipe the head liner clean, then allow to dry. Should work like a charm. You can then use this product down the road to clean the carpets as well.

Headliner -

Duragloss 451 Fabric & Carpet Cleaner Aerosol Foam (FC) is a blend of surfactants, which gently foam away soil, oil and grease from fabric and carpet surfaces. Spot cleaning can be done without leaving rings on fabrics, carpet and velour. Spray onto micro fibre towel and gently agitate surface with a very light pressure
