I have been looking and looking for a vehicle worth fixing up, something economical to drive yet old enough that it is done depreciating. This is my new 300TD that was given to me by my neighbor this morning, it needs some work and rust repair, but I cant wait to get into it.

Hey man, how you doin?

I sold the E420 to a guy in CT - I emailed him 6 months ago and he was still enjoying it!

I'm driving a CLK55 now - come up to one of the Boston events this summer! Check out the Events and Gatherings forum.

Thx,
Holson

Its a gem. Such low mileage. Can you tell us more about the specifications?

horsepower, torque, transmission (number of gears). Is the car a grey import? I note you quoted kilometers instead of miles.

Its a miracle. Your recycled car died and came back to life again. Are the Swedes as enthusiastic as the Finns when it comes to diesel car tuning?

The car is not a grey market seeing as we never imported it to the U.S. It is our vehicle in Bosnia. It survived the war in our garage. There was some damage done to it a ding here a scratch there. The only panels to be repainted are the drivers side fender and lower part of the door. My father sent one of my cousins to get the car washed and he kind of went to a job interview instead and ended up getting hit. There was no structural damage whatsoever, but the rest of the paint is factory original. It is a four speed, it could be a five speed if you count reverse

If you're going to quote a post with lots of pictures, at least remove the pictures so it won't make a huge post with duplicate pictures.
