W123 coupe from manual to automatic

i have coupe w123 it has a manual transmission and angine is 230. a want to chang transmision to automatic but dont know which transmision buy. and change my 230 engine or not and to change which engine i want

You will have to get one from a 190E series car. Nothing else from the W123 will bolt to that engine.

Where are you located? I've got a '91 190E that I'm parting out in my driveway and the tranny shifts PERFECTLY. 133k miles, the car was t-boned.

Where are you in GA? I'm going to be in ATL this weekend...and will be at Ft. Stewart for Thanksgiving.

I'll trade you the engine and tranny for your engine and tranny! I need a W123 manual tranny (and if you won't need the motor...)

What type of 230 engine does your car have? M115 or M102? I have done this conversion to my w123 200 M102.
