Where to find parts used/new for 123?

I have a 1980 240d.....

It needs:

A front left fender and headlamp housing
2 More hubcaps
full carpet
and the fuel guage doesnt work....whats wrong with it?
Oh and side trim

Anybody have experience with finding used parts at junkyards? If so good or bad? and does anyone know any in the New York City / Long Island Area?

Appreciate all the help i can get. Never restored a car before...Dont know where to start.

-Dee

Look

at craigslist.org to find a parts car or try http://www.mbpartsonline.com/about.html
they also locate.
Post an ad in the forum classifieds here and on benzworld.org

Or use the new Mbworld part service (Ohlord should know better).
