Fenders rolled, but all stock suspension

Wheels 17 x 7.5 x et35
tires 215 x 50 x 17 Michelin Ice X

For winter snow shoes, I think the slightly taller 50s make sense on a lowered 300e.

Don't try and run 8.5's on the front! Especially with 255/45/18 tires.

On 1995 Cabriolet:
AMG Aero I's 17 x 8 et35, fenders rolled
Michelin Pilots 225x45 zr17
took some work - higher ET would have been better with 8" width rim maybe 38 to 40 would have saved a little fender work.

You're supposed to put the stats of the wheels in your post along with the pictures.

Car- 1988 300TE

Wheels - AMG Monoblock II's
Offset - ET31 front, ET47 rear
Size - 18x8 front, 18x8.5 rear
Tire size - 235/40/18 front, 255/45/18 rear

Rubbing/Scraping - None while driving....Rear's have some touching when doing HARD emergency turning....Gotta take bumps slower than when I had 16"s on...but that's a given with any bigger rim.

Some of you have CLEAR issues with rubbing just by looking at your pics. You need to state the severity of the rubbing/ride issues. Please go and edit your missed info RHW, Termite, szvook, Hietala, OZopera etc...

Hey! Just noticed your question.

I thought to post back that these (17" aero I) wheels rubbed after being worked, but the 'edit' function was already disabled.

And I had the ET wrong - no such thing as an aero I et35, (so no one here will ever face off with my problem).

DUDE! You've made like 3 threads already. This is an info thread on what WORKS, not another "will this fit" thread.

Read both pages and see for yourself.
