FS: 92 190E 2.6 Sportline, yeah wrong forum but M103
I've got a chance to pick up another 95 Kombi for my Wife. So the 1992 190E 2.6 Sportline sadly has to go. It is in great shape with no accidents, no dents or dings. It is white with beige MB Tex on the 4 Recaro seats. I have all the records and it has all MB parts including new head gasket, wire harness, AC blows cold and converted to R134, new-not rebuilt factory transmission, MB factory 16" alloy wheels, near new Michelin Pilots, etc. $4k...
PM if interested, thanks Sorry for the poor quality photo, I'll take some later today and post. Last edited by spinlps; 11-10-2008 at 04:39 PM. |

Sportline option package included leather, mbtex wasn't available, assume that was a mistake.

The high bolster Recaro seats front and rear look like leather but don't feel like the leather in my w124s and have the texture of MB Tex.
![]() The suspension is awesome and inspired me to do the Sportline conversion on the Kombi. ![]() I have all the parts and 500e sways, just need to find the smaller diameter steering wheel........anyone have one for sale? |

Yeah, my seats look just like that. It just doesn't feel like the leather in my E320s...

True, the Sportline leather in the 190e feels different and looks different than my 500e leather as well. Possible that it is a lesser quality leather.

I've always thought it was Tex, glad to know it is leather. In that case I think I'll do the Leatherique treatment on them. In the past I've only used Pristine Clean on them.
By the way, do you would know of a way to get an armrest to work with these Recaros? |
