Like docpaul I too have squirter problems

Reading docpauls problems with his squirter recall my problem, a TURP took care of that, but my 91 300e was showing the same symptoms, I noticed the rubber grommets on the heater element on the washer bottle were gone???
Removed the washer bottle and boy you would not believe the trash I washed out of it, mostly from the old grommets, still a weak stream, blew out the lines but little help, tried back flushing thru the jets, the pump is new and sounds strong.
Still a weak stream, gotta a call into my Urology doctor. Smedley
