How to install AMG ducktail on my ce ?

Hello , I got a amg ducktail,and Im not sure how to install it.
Anyone done this and have some ideas or pics ?

Does it really fit? The trunk is shaped different on the ce compared to the sedans and so it doesnt usually fit right. If it does, use epoxy or double sided 3M tape.

There are two versions availble, one for the coupe and one for the sedan. So assuming he has the correct version, installation consists of double sided 3m tape and a bead of silicone to seal the outter edges against any moisture getting under the duck tail and loosening the tape.

Yeah correct, and I got the one for coupe
ok, so regular 3m dobbel sided tape will hold ? Im kinda scared of the think falling of during driving,that wouldnt be fun for the person behind.
Got the tape on ebay ? or maybee in my local car assesories shop.

And zorro, where you got your fog lights ? looks nice.
Hard to innstal two sets ?

they were originally installed using high modulus silicone, lathered all over and stuck straight on.

Ok , thnx ! I think Il go for a mix of 3m tape end silicone around the edges.
You have the ducktail on yours ?

yes i have a very early 124 with an original widebody conversion, i have also parted out a number of 124 amg kitted cars.
