I put in brand new OEM bars that I bought from Rusty! They were not cheap! Cost me $518. The shop I went to for install charged me $504 to put in both bars and install the new shocks! Rear bar was kind of a bugger! But they did a great job and when I run the twisty roads here in the Mtns. it is pretty hard to get the smile off my face!! Was worth every dime to me!!

you forgot to put in euros in your list of mods. the updated tail lights would be perfect for your car. it looks amazing, good job on it.

If you look carefully, you'll noticed it's a right hand drive W124 so therefore EURO's are technically already on his car.

Anyways, Nice car Gav71. Basically the same set up I am going for once I get my hands on the AMG GENII body kit.

Yes the lights are std for Australia..The AMG II kits are very hard to get.Mine was the last in Aust. Lucky I'm a Parts Manager for a Benz Dealership.

So far so good, the only thing that doesn't sit well are the outdated black side trim. Since you're a parts manager I don't think it's too hard for you to get the updated side panels. Have them colormatched white with the rest of your car. It'll make the car flow smoother (visually)

Holson I absolutely love them wheels. Too bad they cost as much as a set of AMG monoblock II's. I've looked around for used sets but it looks like the dealer is the only way to get them. Out of curiosity do the sportline 300E's come with EVO wheels or are they only found on the Evolution 190E?

That looks sweet! What size are those wheels? 18x8.5? Offset and everything looks perfect for that car.

Ok my turn

155k, 3rd owner w/all service records. Just buffed out yesterday, I snapped the pics today. I added the 17" SLK wheels. It will be getting lowered soon, I need to roll some rear fenders first. Also need to pick up a new arm rest cover, the piping is cracked. The console wood has some cracks but is reflecting the trees in the background.

Thanks,

Ron
