Not sure on your engine but there should be a diagram (sticker) of the pollution control equipment on the apparatus case. Right side near windshield on my V6. Parts are labeled and positioned relative to the top of the engine. Of course, if you got an AMG engine it might be anywhere. Good luck..

right rear of engine next to valve cover and behind intake plenum//has tube from egr to intake plenum//same location on 112 and 113
