I bought my h&r suspension/bilstein sport shocks on tirerack.com

As far as authentic AMG wheels. Ebay is a good place, or finding someone selling them in the for sale ad's on the forums. That is what i did when i got e55 amg monoblocks.

http://www.mercedesbenzwheel.com/e-class-w210-3/

take a look there. May find something interesting.

I bought my H&R springs through Tirerack. I'm sure several of the other sponsers on this board sell them also.

Eisenmann exhaust can be bought through IND. It used to be through Eisenhaus which later became GThaus but they are not the kind of business I would recommend using. They got caught selling fake Eisenmann so stick with IND. There is also a Renntech exhaust up on Ebay right now for $650 which seems like a pretty decent price. I don't know anything about the seller. Some people on this site also like Remus exhaust. If you are looking for headers there is Kleemann and AMS.

Wheels can probably be purchased right here on the classifieds page or Tirerack or Ebay.

Its good. The car a bit sportier, more planted to the ground. More feedback through the steering. Overall i am happy with it. As far as ride comfort i think it really depends on which tire you buy.

Using 18 inch rims
With extreme summer performance tires the ride is a bit too stiff. With regular summer tires or all season performance car rides lots better.
I wouldn't recommend 19's.
