2004 e500 4matic vibration issues

ok here we go. my car vibrates when steering wheel is turned while moving at 5-10mph the vibration gets worse the more i turn the wheel. after driving the car around for a good 20-30 minutes the vibration stops and the car turns smooth.
any idea what this could be? thanx
