Replacement Smart Key
Go to ebay search for this vendor "carkeyman" $20 for a replacement key in perfect shape great vendor I bought one in perfect shape since my button took a crap
I just need to reprogram it , just need to research on how to go about that and costs. Anyone knows? |

There is one and only one way to get a new key and that's from a Mercedes dealer. The only kind you can now get are the chrome ones.
Leftover keys from eBay are indeed worthless, as they CANNOT be reprogrammed. There is some talk of putting old and working guts into the shiney new chrome casing, but it's not easy.
