The Harassment from RENNtech Continues
Wow - over a year after leaving RENNtech, president Hartmut Feyhl still won't leave me alone and STILL won't leave me alone, and his tactics are getting sleazier every time.
You may recall we went over this last year (https://mbworld.org/forums/general-m...-straight.html) and I got a few letters and emails and vague threats, and today the threats have started again, in a new and (not very) surprising way.
I got a phone call from a "John Moynahan" (phonetic spelling) claiming that he had a signed affidavit form Hartmut Feyhl, stating that I shredded a number of invoices before leaving RENNtech, to the benefit of my current employer, and that I owed "$1432" to RENNtech, and Hartmut was willing to go to court.
Let me set the record straight, again: I gave Hartmut 2 month's notice, and in that time acted ethically and professionally. In fact, on my last day (after a big blowout the day before) I showed up as soon as the doors opened, and requested that his shop foreman AND sales manager escort me through the building to collect my things, precisely because this kind of schoolyard bullying of employees (ex and current) has been Hartmut's MO for years.
SO, if Hartmut Feyhl wants to go to court and perjure himself under oath, I invite him to do so.
On a personal note: Hartmut, you are slime. I know you are not above lying and crying victim to anyone who will listen, but you don't scare me, because I have the truth on my side.
You should know that perjury is a VERY serious crime, Hartmut, punishable in the State of Florida by fines up to $5000 and up to 5 years in jail. I suggest you think long and hard before harassing me with this BS again.
