Nice!

Hope your winters tend toward the less severe side without the ORP.

Hi Stone.... I think you were one of the "originals" back with the rest of us on the GL, right?? No sweat on the winters..... I "special ordered" the ORP on the new one..... wouldn't be without it given where I take the vehicle. It really paid off a few times on my '07.

I've read a lot of mixed info about availability of the ORP for the USA market.
When I ordered my 2010 I was told straight up "NOT available".

This winter was plenty mild enough that I did not miss the ORP.
Hopefully the next 2 winters will be similar. I seriously considered going over to a Range Rover LR4 when I started looking in late '09, but the overall package of the GL far outweighed the RR.

What color combo is your new one?

I thought I was going to have to go the RR route as well until I found this "special order" business..... interestingly.... in addition to the $23k tag on the ORP, they ( corporate ) slap a $250 "special order" fee on the bill!!! Still way under what a comparable RR would be. My new one is Obsidian Black over Cashmere leather with the stainless running boards and chrome package. Black cars can be a pain BUT... I haven't learned my lesson yet!

Off Road Package.
Readily available on 07 Models.
Included locking differential front to back, then side to side.
Included Low Range.
Included 3 position ride height adjustment.
Included 3 suspension firmness options, normal, comfort, or sport.

My 07 was virtually un-stopable in the big east coast snows of 09. Far better than any heavy duty 4 x 4 truck I've owned in the past. (thanks to good tires as well)
