I have H11 on my fog lights. Will your HID kit work on a 2007 CLS 550? Do you happen to have installation instructions?

1.) Flickering issue: ***Let's recap that we have a special wiring that bypasses the computer and the power to the HID so that the electric flow is more stable therefore no flickering will occur.

Thank you for responding to our questions. For a 2007 CLS 550, the manual states that the fog lights use H11 (55W). The headlights uses H7 (55W).

When will you make a 55W version?

We don't have a set kick off date for the 55w launch.

But our 35w will work properly on your CLS 550.

The only difference is that 55w hid is more expensive, only produces 15% more brightness max, and has a shorter life compared to 35w

You will get 2 special wire harness free if you purchase the kit.

Great Prices - One question though, I plan to order your kit for my 2000 Ducati 748S. It needs an H1 bulb and H3 bulb. Most shops won't charge extra to combine bulbs. Is that the case with you guys?

Hello,

1.) Full refund if the order has not been shipped, you can call in and cancel

2.) If you purely do not like your kit when it arrives and wants to return the kit, there is a 15% restocking fee, kit must be unused.

3.) The only time you will get a full refund from a returned kit is when the kit will absolutely not work on your car and this is after a full technical consultation with our technician and he has determined that there is no other resolution. (We have not had this problem with any Mercedez yet as of this date though)

4.) We are in Fremont, CA and it is only a warehouse therefore we do not allow local pickups.

There is no extra charge, but you need to note this in the comments area when you order so we can swap out one each for you.

Also, we always recommend purchasing the slim ballast kit for all motorcycles, since the space to install the ballast is smaller and some bikes do not fit the regular ballasts and be able to attached.

Thanks so much - Order received and lights installed. For W211 owners out there, this kit is really plug and play. I did not cut or modify neither the stock setup nor the HID kit and it's parts. I would only comment that the rubber base of the H7 bulbs is pretty thick and it makes fitting the stock metal bracket that holds the bulb very very difficult. Other than that, the install did go smoothly.

I also received my order within 3 business days.

In my particular vehicle, a 2004 W211 E320 Estate Wagon, I did not use the 'bypass wire' provided free with the kit. For whatever reason, when I used the wire, the lights would not work. However, without it the lights work fine, no flickering and no dashboard warning light.

Kudos to HIDExtra! You'll definitely get more orders from me.

MBWorld members, these guys are legit. Just ordered another set for my ducati and got them yesterday, order placed Tuesday morning. Granted, they're in Cali and I'm in SoCali, but fast service.
