I rlly dont care if it's all black or if it has a bit of chrome as long as it resembles the 1 fin grill from the SL in some way at least (or looks better).

its going to be hard to get people to commit to buying something when we have no idea of the price range, or even a pic or a photoshop of how it would look.

Here is where I see it.

Price point about $250 + -

Style, I feel should be black molded with the chrome star and chrome single strip.

Star size, I feel the OEM C63 will be the right fit.

Those whom want all black, we might just have to powder coat the grills.

Hi Brian, I m very happy that you thought about the option of Power Coat, because with that there will be no way of rock chips

Please do look in to the all black powder coat

For those who have not seen the pictures of the OP. Here is what we are shooting to build, with the changes of a semi circular mesh to match the C63, as well as the same size star as the OEM C63.

Ok, we did the math based on basic preliminary discussion with our mfg., and to get us to a point where we can pay for the mold cost and production, we need about 25ppl, we're very close!! Let's get the last guys signed up. We're going to end up having to commit to 100pcs., but if we can at least break even on the mold costs we'd be thrilled

You guys have to forgive me, my mind has not been in the game for the last few days. I'm working but should not be per my doctors recomendation, as I got into a very bad accident last week. But just as a heads up, I have already been working on laying the groundwork for this grill, so please do not dispair, this grill will happen, I just need to get as many people in so I can try and offset the cost, as right now I'm looking at a very heavy investment in this project. Help me out guys, sign up!! I will start the workings, but I do need more signed up. Thanks!!
