DAS Error

I recently updated to the new DAS 11/06
now I am getting the following errors

When I select com port 1 I get Communication error the RS232 interface of the PC is occupied by another program
(e.g. HTT-WIN) please end this program

when I select Com port 2

it works for the newer cars but when I try to use HTT-WIN
I get com port assigned close other use

is there any way anyone can help with this
any thing wiould help me tremendous

Why dont you call the Hotline. The phone nr is on the back of your CPU.
The are willing to help if the CPU is not reported stolen or something !!!
