How to remove pen mark from steering wheel?

After we brought home our car from the dealer (they had to perform some repair work after an accident), I noticed a 1-2 inch pen mark in the middle of the steering wheel. I think it's a ball pen mark (blue). We told the dealer about this and they said to bring the car back and they'll remove it. Since the dealer is quite a drive away, I was wondering if someone could tell me how to remove it myself. The interior color is beige and you can clearly see the mark. As scary as it may seem a folded paper towel dipped in clorox and held against the mark will take it out without discoloring the leather. Not sure why Mercedes leather is not effected by bleach. I've done it more than once.

I'd be careful using a Magic Eraser on leather... You might just want to let the dealer do it, that way if it gets messed up, it is on them to fix or replace the steering wheel.

Use Hair Spray then wipe down. A well known method for ink on leather.

Magic eraser will be fine on leather, just apply your favorite leather conditioner after. Done it a million times.
