Staff has noticed an increase lately in the number of vulgar posts. Per the Terms of Use...

To maintain an atmosphere befitting of a Mercedes-Benz enthusiast community, please refrain from the potty language in your posts. If you want to use the F-Bomb because you feel it makes you more manly, please take it elsewhere.

Maybe we should just try acting like more mature individuals. Lets try substituting nice words for those harsh words. For example:
we could say pee pee instead of Piss
we could say poop instead of ****
we could say harlet instead of b!tch or skank
we could say fornicate instead of Fock
(I personally like the word coitus....for example "I performed Coitus Interruptus last night on my girlfriend so she wouldn't get pregnant")

See people we can be mature about this.

Hate to break it to you, MB-Bob, but people curse. Way more now than they used to. And it is becoming more and more acceptable in the media and in society. The other day on network TV, I heard them say "*ss" and I'm fairly sure "sh*t". They regularly talk about penises and vaginas, while not curses, certainly things they did not talk about on TV 15 years ago. College professors drop the s-bomb in class. My boss once dropped 6 friggins and a F-ing in one meeting. (he died shortly thereafter, so maybe the Big Dog upstairs did not like that too much) And sometimes, a Fr-ggin' just adds emphasis. The editor does a good job of asterisk-ing them there naughty words that so offend you, which I think is a pretty good compromise, IMHO.
